These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the website at supremebarbershop104.com (the “Website”), operated by Supreme Barbershop (“Supreme Barbershop”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located at 7906A 104 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 4C8. By using the Website or booking an appointment through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website provides information about our barbershop, our team and our services, and lets you request an appointment. It is an information and booking tool. It is not a place to create an account with us, store a profile, or submit content for publication.
Appointments are booked through Square Appointments, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, you are also subject to Square’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Square’s platform.
A booking is a request for a specific time with a specific barber. We will do our best to honour it, but we may need to reschedule because of illness, staffing or emergencies. If that happens we will contact you using the phone number or email you provided.
Walk-ins are welcome and are served in the order they arrive, subject to barber availability.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Please tell your barber before your service begins about any skin condition, allergy, sensitivity to products, recent injury, or anything else that could affect your service. We use professional grooming products, and while reactions are rare, we cannot anticipate a sensitivity you have not told us about.
Hair, skin and beard results vary from person to person. We will always talk through what is realistic before we start, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
We sometimes photograph our work for our gallery, our website and our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. We will ask you before taking or posting a photograph in which you are identifiable. You can say no, and it will not affect your service. If a photograph of you is already posted and you want it taken down, email us at SupremeBarber104@gmail.com and we will remove it from our own channels as soon as we reasonably can.
We welcome clients of all ages. A client under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian is responsible for the booking, for consenting to the service, and for payment. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian book on your behalf.
Please use the Website lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape or harvest data from it, introduce malicious code, or use it to harass anyone or to misrepresent who you are.
The text, photographs, logos, layout and design on the Website belong to Supreme Barbershop or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy our photographs or reproduce our content for a competing or commercial purpose without our written permission.
The Website links to and embeds services we do not control, including Square, Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Those links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party site or service, and a link does not mean we endorse it.
Reviews shown on the Website are drawn from third-party platforms and reflect the views of the people who wrote them, not of Supreme Barbershop. We do not edit the substance of a review.
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that information on it is complete or current, or that it is free of viruses. Service descriptions and hours may be out of date. If something matters to your decision, please call us at (780) 705-0790 to confirm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Barbershop and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Website, including lost time, lost opportunity or loss of data. Our total liability to you in connection with the Website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Alberta law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify Supreme Barbershop against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. If you keep using the Website after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. You agree that the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website.
